Customers Visit Shumatt to Give Their Recognition and Support

On the morning of May 10^th, Beijing local time, Shumatt warmly welcomed two customers and friends from Africa. Before the visit, they have been cooperating with Shumatt for a long time. To show their support for Shumatt’s product quality and our service, visiting Shumatt becomes one of their wishes on the trip to China. Finally, as the reopening of China after the epidemic, they took the journey and made it.

Before the hospitality of our African friends, Shumatt also had a great meeting with business partners from South America in April. After many years of business trips and attending a few exhibition shows, Shumatt has established its name in South America’s market, which attract many local business partners to have a field study in China and have a deep communication with Shumatt.

When customers arrived, Shumatt had a short welcome even, then the salesman introduced reception procedure.

After the welcome event, the manager made a specific introduction to Shumatt’s product brochure to customers, and after learning that Shumatt is the only company that has edited a complete book of diesel spare parts in automotive industry, they expressed the great admiration.

With the company of Shumatt’s Spanish translator, customers had a look around at Shumatt’s warehouse. Meanwhile, they asked information about the new products that they were interested in.

Shumatt’s live stream room is also one of places that attract customers, so Shumatt showed them how the product’s videos are recorded and arranged a special live streaming for them, they both felt amazing after experienced the show.

After a long day, Shumatt arranged a delicious meal to appreciate customers’ visit and support.

Customers all felt amazing after visiting Shumatt, they expressed their trust and recognition to Shumatt, and gave faith and confidence to cooperate with Shumatt.

This month is a busy month to Shumatt, we have two groups of customers to visit within a month, and in the next few weeks, we have more and more customers on the visiting schedule, however Shumatt always welcomes and is happy to see friends to take a look in our company. As our own factory is completely built, customers also have a look around in our factory and see our production line.
