As the golden autumn arrives, we are about to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and China's National Day. To help you plan your business activities in advance, please be advised of Shumatt’s holiday schedule:

Ⅰ. Holiday Schedule 

Mid-Autumn Festival:
September 25 (Fri) – September 27 (Sun), 3 days in total.
Normal operations will resume on September 28 (Mon).

National Day:
October 1 (Thu) – October 7 (Wed), 7 days in total.
Special working day: September 20 (Sun) will be a normal working day (compensatory day).
Normal operations will resume on October 8 (Thu).

Ⅱ. Warm Reminders

Order & Shipping Arrangements:
To avoid any delays in shipping and service due to the holiday, we kindly recommend placing your orders and confirming shipment details with your account manager as early as possible.

Emergency Inquiries:
During the holiday period, our regular office and shipping services will be suspended. If you have any urgent matters, please feel free to contact your dedicated sales consultant. Kindly understand that response times may be slightly slower than usual.

Travel Safety:
For our colleagues and partners traveling during the holidays, please plan ahead and stay safe on your journeys.
